About Mark Gregston
Mark has spent his life with teens and their parents. He founded Heartlight Ministries, a residential program created to help struggling teens and their families, and has lived there for 38 years alongside more than 3,500 teens.
Mark is also the host of the Parenting Today’s Teens radio program and the Parenting Today’s Teens family of podcasts. Through his ministry, Mark continues to work closely with families, helping them find hope, healing and connection through stronger relationships with one another.
