What Issues Hide Behind Perfectionism?

Teens that struggle with perfectionism often start using harmful coping mechanisms to help relieve some of the pressure they put on themselves. Mark Gregston sits down to chat with two young men from Heartlight who both struggle with trying to be perfect and likable in the eyes of others but are learning the true value of their self-worth. Tune in to hear their stories!
