These days, teens and parents alike spend a startling amount of time on computers, smart phones, iPods and in front of the TV.  But all this technology isn’t making us better at communication.  Mark Gregston addresses the effects of too much screen time and helps us become more competent in connecting on this edition of Parenting Today’s Teens.
