How to Ask Questions

WEEKEND RADIO PODCAST:

Teens aren’t usually the easiest people to talk to. Sometimes even getting one or two words out of them is a rare feat! This weekend on Parenting Today’s Teens, Mark Gregston talks with Heartlight students to learn how moms and dads can move past terse responses and engage in deep conversations.

The award winning “2014 Program of the Year” Parenting Today’s Teens weekend radio program can be heard on SiriusXM Channel 131 on Saturdays and Sundays.  They also play the daily program throughout the week.  Check it out.

Parents Being Present at Home

WEEKEND RADIO PODCAST:

Moms and dads know they’re supposed to be “present” in the home, but what exactly does that mean? Today on Parenting Today’s Teens, Mark Gregston shows parents what it really looks like to be engaged with their families at home. (Spoiler alert: Parking in front of the TV for a Duck Dynasty marathon doesn’t count.)

Mark spends most of his weekend speaking at churches across the country, leading seminars and conferences for parents, helping them as they strive to help their teens counter the affects of this tough adolescent culture.  If you’d like to have Mark come speak at your church, please call Sam Sheeley at 903.668.2173.  While Mark does not get paid for his time traveling and speaking, we do ask that sponsors pay a fee to Heartlight Ministries.  All monies go back into producing more parenting resources.   We are now booking for the Fall of 2014 and Spring of 2015.
