Girls Who Act Out Sexually

These days, girls are being exposed to promiscuity at a younger age than ever before. So how should parents react if they discover their teen is sexually active? This weekend on Parenting Today’s Teens, Mark Gregston explores the motives behind sexual behavior, and equips parents to respond appropriately.

Pushing People Away with Anger

One minute, your son is as docile as a lamb. The next minute, he’s boiling over with rage. Is it just a case of teenage hormones … or is there something else going on? Today on Parenting Today’s Teens, Mark Gregston encourages parents to seek out what’s really behind their teen’s anger.

Have you ever thought of leading a small group of parents who have teens?  There’s more of a need than you think.  And you just might be the one to organize and lead this group in your church or community.   Mark has developed a new curriculum “Tough Guys & Drama Queens” for small groups and guarantees that your participants will love the DVD’s and workbooks.  To order your small group curriculum, please visit click here to purchase.

The Mundane Moments of Adolescence

Life has its highs and lows, and both unforgettable memories and unbearable trials. But for the most part, we spend our time somewhere in the middle. On today’s edition of Parenting Today’s Teens, Mark Gregston shares five tips for making the most of the mundane, everyday moments with your teen.

Mark spends most of his weekend speaking at churches across the country, leading seminars and conferences for parents, helping them as they strive to help their teens counter the affects of this tough adolescent culture.  If you’d like to have Mark come speak at your church, please call Sam Sheeley at 903.668.2173.  While Mark does not get paid for his time traveling and speaking, we do ask that sponsors pay a fee to Heartlight Ministries.  All monies go back into producing more parenting resources.   We are now booking for the Fall of 2014 and Spring of 2015.
